Virtual Offices
We offer “virtual” offices, which are typically used by people who work from home but would wish to present a more professional image, thereby requiring a business address for mail and telephones. This enables you to advertise on Google against our address etc.
Virtual offices
To initiate this service, we do require 2 forms of identification:
- A utility bill / Council Tax bill in your name at your present address
- A form of id which contains a recent picture of yourself i.e. driving licence / passport or bank card.
(We require your first month’s rent prior to commencement of this service.)
The “virtual” office service consists of the mailing arrangements outlined on this page and a telephone line(s) which are situated at Metro House (the cost of which is / are for your expense). The phone(s) are normally, permanently diverted to your land-line or your mobile.

For receiving your mail there are three options:
Basic:
which is collection from our offices in person.
Forwarding:
which is re-addressing using sticky labels and forwarding to a residential/business address (in the UK) on a daily basis.
Posting:
bulking into a larger envelope and posting every two to three days (or whatever cycle you choose) with the additional cost of posting.

Rents are paid monthly in advance. Alternatively, you may pay rents further forward, e.g. quarterly-in-advance, for which discounts from the monthly “book” prices are listed above.
